Laurel talks about bringing the best creativity and ideas into marketing at Klarna and their drive to create an emotional connection with their customers - which is no mean feat for a digital first fintech brand. She also discusses the importance of having passion for your craft, but equally the value of “done is better than perfect” and the balancing act between creativity and the need for speed of execution.
