The insurtech scene has boomed in recent years and is catching up to established insurance incumbents. However, New York is also a notoriously tough regulatory environment. So, are insurance incumbents at risk of being left in the dust or will New York's regulatory landscape put a spanner in the works for innovative insurtechs?
